Application Forms For most courses at graduate level in most countries, the applicant should apply the college's usual official application form. Though, a small number of specialised courses use their own individual forms. All are in general obtainable from either the graduate admissions office or the school or faculty that offers the course. It is also now possible to download 'PDF format' application forms from the websites of most colleges.
The forms themselves vary from institution to institution and course to course. The standard is the name of an applicant, academic achievements, his or her address and other personal information. An applicant may also be asked for information on any professional qualifications, employment experience and scholarships that have been awarded to him or her, depending on appropriateness.Curriculum Vitae A lot of graduate courses ask for a Curriculum Vitae and a duplicate of the applicant's birth certificate.
An application fee is also required. It is usually standard about €30 or €45.
